Dave Maltais is an accomplished business figure in Southeast New Brunswick with a wealth of experience  in residential developments. In 1985, he received his Diploma as a Civil Engineering Technologist, specialized in conception of water & sewer systems, and road construction.  Upon receiving is degree, he worked for the Provincial Government Land Use Planning Division as a Development Officer until 1994.  His responsibility included working with developers and professionals toward the approval of residential subdivisions. In 1995, Dave made his first residential development within the Villa Dieppe Subdivision. 

His education and work experience gives Dave a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved in land development.  With an unwavering commitment to quality, Dave has a proven track record of delivering projects on time. He prioritizes sustainable practices, incorporating green spaces, energy-efficient infrastructures, and environmentally friendly designs into his developments. His ability to balance profitability with responsible land use has garnered him both professional accolades and a reputation for integrity in the industry.
